If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the
item(s) to us using the address below, unused and in their original condition,
within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We will not refund the carriage charge
unless the item(s) ordered are faulty.
Due to health & hygiene purposes we will not accept any product that has been
opened or used unless they are unfit for purpose/faulty. Tickled Pink reserve
the right to refuse returns if this is apparent.

When returning any goods we recommend that you send them recorded, as all items
returned are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We can not
be held responsible for returns not reaching us.
Faulty Goods
Should any items ordered have a manufactures fault then simply call us straight
away on 07814767513 to inform us and we will supply address.
Incorrect Goods
Should you receive an incorrect item please call us and we will supply you with
our address to return the item(s) and we will re deliver the correct item.
Offers or Free Items
At the time of order if Tickled Pink have any offers of Free Gifts and you
cancel and return your order then any Free Gift must be returned along with your
order. Should these not be returned we will charge you for these items.
Refunds
Once the items have been received we will refund your PayPal account. This will
be done within 2 days of Tickled Pink receiving the goods.
